Experiences
Maximillian currently serves as the Director of Ticketing at Saint Mary's College of California. Since starting the position in June of 2022, he has spearheaded revenue generation plans in order to maximize the college's revenue from their six ticketed sports. This has lead to increases in sales for all ticketed sports compared to the last fiscal year, including a 200% increase in group sales.
Additionally, Maximillian has worked directly with both the athletics and campus marketing teams on several creative promotional projects, including Saint Mary's College's first Homecoming game for its men's basketball game on November 19th of 2022.
Maximillian has also taken on a leadership role in his time at Saint Mary's by hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising all ticket office staff and managing payroll.
Prior to accepting a his current role, Maximillian was the Athletic Events & Facilities Coordinator at Saint Mary's College of California from August of 2021-May of 2022. During his time, he was the Event Manager for all home athletic events, including liaising with officials, media outlets, TV production crews, and ticketing.
Maximillian also assisted with the scheduling of athletic facilities for home and visiting teams, conducted routine athletic facility walk-throughs and coordinated the setup and breakdown of athletic events.

Previously, Maximillian worked with the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) as an Operations Intern for football and men's basketball. Beginning in July of 2019, he assisted with multiple events, including the 2019 ACC Football Championship Game, the 2020 Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments, and the media days for both football and men's basketball.
As part of his role, he has worked directly with ACC Executives in weekly administrative operations and conducted various analytical projects corresponding with the ACC, officiating, and scheduling.
Furthermore, Maximillian was in charge of organizing and executing a plan to generate more funding for the National Football Foundation's Corrigan-Faircloth Chapter, which included managing a committee to drive membership on social platforms.

Furthermore, Maximillian was in charge of organizing and executing a plan to generate more funding for the National Football Foundation's Corrigan-Faircloth Chapter, which included managing a committee to drive membership on social platforms.
In the summer of 2019, Maximillian was selected out of hundreds of applicants by Living Sport, LLC to work as an Event Operations Assistant for the international swimming event Oceanman.
During the event, he was responsible for overall venue setup, logistics, the execution of the event, and he helped facilitate registration for 800+ athletes from 34 different countries.
Maximillian was a key contributor to the Living Sport social media team, where each day the team was responsible for creating content to post on Living Sport's social platforms. As part of the social media team, he conducted interviews with prominent staff and participants of the event, including Oceanman's CEO.
During the event, he was responsible for overall venue setup, logistics, the execution of the event, and he helped facilitate registration for 800+ athletes from 34 different countries.
